A comprehensive, integrated health care system in Connecticut with a network of 55 practice locations and seven acute care hospitals is adding a General Surgeon in our central Connecticut region.

About the Opportunity:

• Busy well-established practice
• Full-spectrum General Surgery in a community hospital setting with access to the resources, technology, and referral network of a large integrated health system.

• 109 beds as a general acute care community hospital.
• Call is 1:4
• Bread-and-butter General Surgery with opportunity to incorporate minimally invasive and robotic procedures
• Established referral base with strong primary care and specialty support
• Collaboration with the UConn School of Medicine and advanced practice providers
• EPIC EMR and a strong operational infrastructure
