Position:
Well-established General Surgery practice based at a thriving community hospital in Southern IL, just outside of Evansville, IN (2 hours from St. Louis MO & Louisville KY)
Turnkey opportunity - strong internal referral base and recruitment is due to upcoming retirement
Bread and butter General Surgery with scopes - nicely varied case mix
1:1 dedicated APP support
Highly competent OR team: great relationship w Anesthesia and well-tenured techs & nurses
Minimal call, 1:4. Taken primarily by phone - no trauma designation. Generous 1 hour return-to-facility
Option for robotics 1-2 days/mo.
Epic EMR
The best of both worlds: all the autonomy and flexibility you could want, as well as built-in opportunities for collaboration with 15+ other General Surgeons (regional peers, not competitors)
