Ongoing $550-600K salary floor + additional lucrative bonuses of $70 per wRVU produced beyond MGMA median
Signing bonus ($50K+)

Join a well-established General Surgery practice, based at an independent community hospital just outside of Evansville, IN.
Turnkey opportunity: built-in referral base + recruitment is due to upcoming retirement (scheduled for end of 2025)
Bread & Butter General Surgery with scopes - nicely varied case mix
1:1 dedicated APP support
Highly competent OR team: great relationship w Anesthesia and well-tenured techs & nurses
Minimal call, taken primarily by phone - 10 days/mo. or less. Generous 1 hr return-to-facility & no trauma
Option for robotics 1-2 days/mo.
Epic EMR
Built-in opportunities for collaboration with 15+ other General Surgeons (regional peers, not competitors)
Physicians are truly respected in this organization - you will have both autonomy & robust clinical support here.
