Job Description

2-year guarantee of $550K, plus $80 for every wRVU produced above 6500
Year 3 & beyond: ongoing $430K base, plus $80 for every wRVU produced above 5000
Signing bonus ($50K+)

Join a well-established General Surgery practice, based at an independent community hospital just outside of Evansville, IN.
Bread & Butter General Surgery with scopes - nicely varied case mix
Dedicated APP support
Highly competent OR team: great relationship w Anesthesia and well-tenured techs & nurses
Minimal call, taken primarily by phone - 10 days/mo. or less. Generous 1 hr return-to-facility & no trauma
Option for robotics 1-2 days/mo.
Epic EMR
Built-in opportunities for collaboration with 15+ other General Surgeons (regional peers, not competitors)
