Colorectal Surgeon needed for Illinois opening. This clinic is located in the hospital for easy access to the surgery department and floor consults. You will join four physicians and one APP; one physician also does Vascular and some Thoracic, two physicians also do basic Bariatric. The practice would love to add someone with an interest in building a Colorectal Surgery practice while still doing General Surgery. Hospital Employee, Traditional.  1:4 Call Ratio.  WRVU production incentives.  Signing Bonus available up to $40,000 .  CME time and $6,000 available.  403B.  $550,000 + bonus based on RVU production.  $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3).  33 days of time off.  Quality bonus adds up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary).  CERNER is EMR.  Offers easy access to Champaign-Urbana.  Low cost of living, raise your family in a low crime rate, and safe area.  Amtrak Train System provides easy Access to Chicago and New Orleans.
