Health System is seeking to recruit a BC/BE Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon to join growing multidisciplinary team and play an essential role in their vision. Affiliated group is a major multi-specialty medical group in Fort Wayne, Indiana with clinics throughout northeast Indiana. This individual will work with a respected Cancer Center, which includes multi-disciplinary support and collaboration with medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, nurse practitioners, genetic counselors, physical therapy, survivorship support and nurse navigators. Center has earned a reputation for providing comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art-care delivering excellent patient outcomes. Highlights include Dynamic team of breast navigators, specialty trained nurses and a midlevel provider, Diagnostic Imaging on site, High-risk genetic counseling and testing, Medical and radiation oncology services, Research opportunities, Cancer rehabilitation.
