- Friday - Monday, 7 am - 7 am (72-hour shift)
- Call only coverage -- mostly weekend shifts
- 5 - 10 patients per shift; 1 - 3 admissions per call period
- Inpatient rounding required
- Adult and pediatric general surgery experience required
- Laparoscopic surgery -- appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty
- Head/neck, breast, liver, and chest wall/pleural procedures required
- GI endoscopy: upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
