Job Requirements for Assignment #110938
--Kentucky medical license required (IMLC also available)
--Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
--1 week per month (7 days)
--24 hour call only; no clinic
--General bread & butter coverage
--May include upper and lower endoscopies
--Support staff available
--EMR is EPIC
--180+ beds
--Trauma level IV
--Ongoing until permanent provider returns (date unknown)
