Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a multispecialty physician group in rural St. Louis County, Minnesota with the recruitment of a BC/BC General Surgeon.?
Opportunity Highlights
- Established practice with 4 experienced general surgeons and 3 APPs; APPs assist with wound care
- Broad-based general surgery practice includes endoscopy, colonoscopy (no C-sections)
- DaVinci XI robot on-site
- Hospital has 6 ICU beds, 10 Telemetry Step Down beds, 4 OB beds, 2 Ped beds, & 16 Med Surg beds
- Support 6 surrounding community clinics
Compensation + Benefits
- Offering a base salary of $494,000 with quality and/or production-based incentives
