Job Description
This independent Critical Access Hospital is looking for a General Surgeon to join their dedicated staff. Position Highlights:
Practice bread and butter General Surgery, including scopes, in a recently renovated facility.
Excellent support staff with dedicated APPs allow you to focus on patient care.
Dedicated leadership provides quick decisions, no red tape and allows you the autonomy to practice how you want.
Work/Life balance is a priority, with a 4.5-day work week, significant administrative support, and a collegial atmosphere.
Compensation Details:
Base salary range: $450,000 - $525,000.
Never-ending, guaranteed $500K+ base salary plus production bonus based on total revenue provides opportunity for significant total compensation.
$50K Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, plus additional, customizable incentives available.
Generous CME package and 8+ weeks of PTO.
