Job Description

Position Highlights:
Enjoy practicing bread and butter General Surgery, including scopes, in a recently renovated facility.
Work with unparalleled autonomy where your voice matters, you can impact change and help grow the surgical program.
C-Section coverage is preferred with proctorship is available.
Enjoy the 4.5-day work week with support from tenured colleagues, APPs, and a strong clinical support team.
Epic EMR.
Compensation Details:
Base salary range: $450,000 - $525,000.
Guaranteed, ongoing $500K+ base salary plus significant production bonus.
$50K Sign-on bonus, $250K student loan support, relocation assistance, plus additional incentives.
Comprehensive benefits package, 8 weeks PTO, CME stipend, and extraordinary retirement options.
