Job Description

Job Overview
  • Specialty: Surgery - General
  • Location: Missouri
  • Level 3 Trauma
  • Dates: April Ongoing
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Job Details: 24-hour call coverage, 1-3 surgeries per day, 6-7 patients rounding, 3-4 phone consults. Shift consists of rounding on a few patients then take pager and be within 30 minutes of the hospital. From there the locum will field consults on inpatients and ED. Locum will likely be in the hospital 6-10 hours per shift depending on the night calls. NOT required to supervise other provider
  • EMR: Dictation
  • Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
