- 10 days per month with 24-hour on-call coverage
- 6 - 8 patients per day with 3 - 4 consults
- 3 - 4 surgeries per day in busy facility
- Emergency general surgery and trauma procedures required
- ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Expect 10 - 20 hour work days
- Orientation provided prior to coverage start
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
