General Surgeon Locums Job in New York | Premium Rates | 24 Hour Call Coverage

Dates of Coverage: as soon as Credentialed and ongoing, 1 week per month

Details/Requirements for Assignment #110068:
-- Active New York license
-- Board Certification or Board Eligible within 2 years
-- No Intensivists on at night so if an emergency comes up in the ICU where a line needs to be placed or something of a surgical nature, the Surgeon will be called. This is rare.
-- General Bread and Butter
-- Average 4-6 consults in a 24 hour period. Low volume of cases.
-- Need a minimum of one week a month ongoing - flexible.
-- EMR: Meditech
