URGENT – General Surgery Locums Job in North Carolina | Premium Rates

This is a great opportunity with one of our clients in North Carolina. We are contracted with a medical facility in search of a highly skilled General Surgeon to assist with their coverage needs.

Call Coverage Needed:
» August 14 @ 7a – August 18 @ 11a
» November 26 @ 11a - December 1 @ 11a
» December 12 @ 11a – December 15 @ 11a

Details/Requirements for Assignment #109968:
» Active NC license required
» Board Certified required
» Inpatient only
» 24 hour call coverage
» Average patients per day: 7 – 8
» Average admissions per day: 1 – 2
» Average admissions per night: 1 – 2
» Number of surgical cases per month: 50
» Required Procedures: Appendectomy, strangulated hernia, cholecystectomy, I&Ds, procedures that will be emergencies
» No codes and does not serve as ER back up
» 114 bed facility
» EMR: EPIC
