General Surgery Locums Job in North Dakota | 24 Hour Call | Beginning June 10 - Ongoing | Assignment #15380

-- August 26 – September 7, 7 AM – 7 AM
-- September 24 – October 5, 7 AM – 7 AM
-- October 19 – October 28, 7 AM – 7 AM
-- November 9 – November 16, 7 AM – 7 AM
-- November 24 – December 1, 7 AM – 7 AM
-- December 17 – December 29, 7 AM – 7 AM
-- Ongoing availability as needed

Shift Description
-- Clinic schedule:
-- Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM clinic
-- Tuesday: Surgery with clinic hours after surgery depending on schedule
-- Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM clinic
-- Thursday: Surgery with clinic hours after surgery depending on schedule
-- Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM clinic
-- Scheduled surgeries Monday through Friday with emergent surgery coverage 24/7

Call Details
-- 20-minute response time
-- Approximately 10 days of call per month
-- Average of 0–5 general surgery patients per 24 hours of call
-- Includes phone consults, admissions, and rounding on general surgery patients only

Requirements
-- Board Certified is Highly Preferred or Board Eligible within 3 years of U.S. residency training
-- ACLS, PALS, ATLS
-- DEA certification required
-- North Dakota license – Highly Preferred (IMLC candidates considered)

-- Bed count of 25 with average daily census of 15
-- Anesthesia coverage provided by CRNA group
-- No supervision of advanced practice providers required
