General Surgery Locums Job in Ohio | June 13-23 | Assignment #109056

Coverage Needs: 
- One week per month starting in June and ongoing
- 24-Hour Beeper Call, 7:00a-7:00a
- Specific Dates: June 13 (7a) – June 23 (7a)

Assignment Details/Requirements:
- Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days to full privileges
- License: Ohio license required
- Population: Primarily 18 and over. Pediatric and Adolescent patients sent to Children’s hospital nearby.
- Required Procedures: General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases, TRAUMA, Central Line Insertion, PA Catheter Placement, Chest Tube Insertion, Vascular Access Devices, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty
- Preferred Procedures: Appendectomies, bowel resections, trauma care for perforations or lacerations of internal organs.
- Support Staff/Team Structure: Experienced well trained OR staff. Skilled at Robotic Surgical Procedures as well as all General Surgery Procedures.
- Volume: 10 surgical cases per day
- Requirements: Board Certified, OH license, BLS, ACLS, ATLS
- Facility Information: Trauma Level 3, >27,000 annual ER visits, 10 operating rooms
- EMR: EPIC
