Job Description
A nationally accredited, not-for-profit medical center outside Oklahoma City is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join its high-volume practice, offering highly competitive compensation and tremendous practice autonomy.
Position Details:
High-volume surgical department with a dynamic case mix, tremendous autonomy, pro-physician culture, and minimal competition in this mid-sized Oklahoma town
Unprecedented lifestyle with a 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule rotation
Experienced and efficient surgical support staff and DaVinci robotics
Highly competitive $450k neverending base salary for block schedule plus production bonuses or $500K base for traditional M-F schedule
Robust compensation and benefits package to include a $50K signing bonus, malpractice with tail, generous PTO, $200K student loan repayment, and more
