  • Partner with a well-established general surgeon to help expand a hospital-owned general surgery department, with the opportunity to transition into an established patient panel as the senior provider retires in the coming years
  • Design the practice you want with full institutional support from a facility invested in your long-term success
  • Enjoy a balanced 4-day workweek, with the flexibility to split your schedule between 2 clinic days and 2 OR days
  • Collaborate with a fully staffed, highly tenured OR team committed to efficiency, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient care
  • Maintain true scheduling autonomy, including the freedom to choose when, and if, you take call
