(Login for Information) at (Login for Information) in partnership with (Login for Information) is seeking a fellowship-trained Urologist specializing in Genitourinary Reconstruction to join our growing team. We are recruiting at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, based on experience and academic record.

About the Role
This faculty member will play a key role in expanding a high-demand genitourinary reconstruction practice. The prior reconstructive urologist built a large referral base, creating an opportunity to maintain and grow this specialized service. The clinical practice serves a diverse patient population, including the uninsured and underinsured of Travis County, as well as patients referred from regional urologists.
The practice will collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, including plastic surgery, colorectal surgery, and gynecology, to manage complex genitourinary needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a clinical expert in genitourinary reconstruction.
- Grow and evolve the genitourinary reconstruction program within Dell Medical School’s Health Transformation Building and affiliated sites.
- Recruit, train, and help manage a new clinical team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and development efforts.
- Support quality and outcomes evaluation through data infrastructure development.
- Build and maintain partnerships with referring providers across Central Texas.
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents in innovative care models.
- Help develop and deliver curriculum in undergraduate and graduate medical education.
- Promote academic and scientific inquiry among trainees and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other UT Austin schools on multidisciplinary care and research initiatives.
- Engage actively in department and institutional academic responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology (American Board of Urology).
- Fellowship training in Genitourinary Reconstruction.
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Texas.
- Meets criteria for appointment as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor at Dell Medical School.
