- Alternating monthly schedule with 10 consecutive days of call covering 2 weekends
- Average 4 patients per shift with 4 phone consults and 4 admissions per 24 hours
- Required procedures include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and GI endoscopy
- Adult and pediatric surgery coverage required
- Call coverage for unassigned patients
- Upper and lower endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
- Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
