- Month 1: 10 consecutive days of call, Month 2: extended weekend coverage
- 4 patients per shift with 4 phone consults and 4 admissions per 24 hours
- In-house call with 30 minute response time required
- General surgery procedures including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
- GI endoscopy procedures including upper, lower, and colonoscopy
- Adult and pediatric surgery coverage required
- Call ratio of 10 with 20% call back rate
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
