General Surgery Locums Job in Texas | Beginning January – Ongoing | Assignment #112741

Coverage Details
-- Start: As soon as credentialed in January
-- Duration: Until permanent providers start

Shift Description
-- May include a combination of clinic work and on-call
-- Flexible options: alternating weeks, days, etc.

Requirements
-- Active Texas medical license
-- Texas DEA (or easily transferable DEA)
-- Board Certified in General Surgery
-- Laparoscopic and endoscopic skills required

Procedures
-- General Surgery
-- Endoscopy
-- Colonoscopy

Patient Volume
-- Clinic: Up to 15 patients/day
-- OR: Up to 6–8 endoscopy cases/day; general surgery case load varies by acuity

Support Staff
-- Clinic: MA, LVN, and front office support
-- OR: Standard OR support team
