General Surgery Locums Job in Utah | Full Time or Part Time Coverage Ongoing | Beginning in August | Assignment # 110237

Coverage Needed: Full time or Part time ongoing coverage beginning August 2025 to August 2026

Shift Description: 24-Hour call (5 calls during days; 2 calls during night) 

Requirements:   
--Board Certification in General Surgery 
--Life Safety Certification – required 
--BLS certification 
--Required procedure: routine general surgery support 

Assignment Details: 
--Number of providers needed: 2 
--Reason for coverage: vacancy in hospital 
--Provider will not be required to supervise other healthcare providers 
--Practice setting: inpatient and hospital  
--Trauma level: 4 
--Average number of patients per shift: 3-4 (4 patients during day; 1 patient at night) 
--EMR: iCentra 
--Sleep rooms are available
