- 2 - 3 patient encounters per shift
- 1 - 2 admissions per shift
- Call ratio 1:1
- 2 - 3 phone consults on average
- Both in-person and phone rounding required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
