Surgery-General Hospital Based job located in Virginia

Facility is seeking a General Surgeon to join an established, high-performing surgical group

- Offers a broad general surgery practice with access to advanced technology, including the da Vinci robotic surgical system, and significant opportunity for endoscopic procedures.
- Call responsibilities include no more than 10 call shifts per month, with remaining days being covered by partners 
- Clinical and call support provided by a partner group of seven surgeons
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide comprehensive general surgery services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care. 
- Perform a wide range of operative procedures consistent with a community-based, “bread and butter” general surgery practice. 
- Conduct endoscopic procedures, including EGD and colonoscopy, with the capacity to build a high-volume endoscopy practice. 
- Utilize the da Vinci robotic platform for minimally invasive surgical procedures as appropriate
