Job Description
This southwest GA health system, a JCAHO accredited facility, is seeking to add a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join its well-established employed provider group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a thriving practice that values work-life balance. The Medical Group brings together over 80 talented physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and other clinical and administrative staff members to care for patients at 20 locations across South Georgia.
Practice Overview:
· Clinic integrated with Neurology
· APP Support in Clinic
· Tele-stroke for evening/night coverage
· Two 1.5 Tesla MRIs with MR Angiography services, 64 slice CT, CT Angiography capability, Full PACS for Radiology and Cardiology
· Neurodiagnostic Services including EEG, Nerve Conduction, EMG and Sleep Lab
· Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab Services with brand-new Archbold Advanced Therapy and Sports Medicine facility
· Up to 10 days of call per month
· Region’s only Gamma Knife Perfexion
