- 70% consults, 30% on service
- General neurosurgery required
- 10 beds in department
- Average daily census: 25-50 patients
- Rarely admit patients via ED
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
