Seeking a highly skilled and passionate BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a team of medical professionals just northwest of Boston.Highlights/Details: Team consists of 19 providers that include surgeons specializing in General Orthopedics, Adult Reconstruction, Foot andamp; Ankle, Sports, Oncology, Trauma andamp; Fracture Care, and Medical Podiatry, and is supported by the expertise of Advanced Practitioners. In this role, you will focus on providing specialized care in hand and upper extremity for adult patients, bringing a strong clinical background, a commitment to education, and an interest in research. Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with hand injuries and conditions. Conduct surgical procedures to repair or reconstruct hand injuries and conditions. Provide post-operative care, including wound care, rehabilitation, and follow-up appointments. Collaborate with other medical professionals, including physical therapists and nurses, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Stay current with advancements in hand surgery and incorporate new techniques into practice Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals About the facility: Consistently recognized by Blue Cross and Blue Shield as one of the top-quality hospitals in all of Massachusetts.
