Job Description

Practice Highlights:
  • Join a collaborative orthopedic group of 5 experienced surgeons with a strong commitment to teamwork, quality outcomes, and spine care excellence
  • Opportunity to pursue partnership and ownership in a local, physician-owned Outpatient Surgery Center with expanding spine capabilities
  • Take an active role in the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center, helping shape and grow the spine service line
  • Step into an established, high-volume spine practice supported by strong referral relationships and sustained patient demand
  • Practice with the support of dedicated PA/NP staff to optimize clinic flow, surgical efficiency, and continuity of care
  • Flexible scheduling options include a 4-day clinical workweek (32+ patient-contact hours) or a traditional 5-day schedule, with minimal inpatient rounding and consult responsibilities
  • Expect a balanced weekly workload averaging approximately 10 inpatient spine consults and 75 outpatient visits
  • Highly competitive compensation package featuring a $900,000 guaranteed base salary, $120,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and additional productivity-based incentives
