- Join 2 full-time orthopedic surgeons as the only spine specialist
- Schedule: 2 clinic days and 2 OR days per week
- Large built-in referral network with consistent patient volume
- Experience required - established spine surgery practice
- Hospital-employed position with supportive leadership
- Palestine location: 45 minutes from Tyler, under 2 hours to Dallas
- Service area population of 120,000 with strong administrative support
