With a six-month backlog for total joint procedures, this role is ideal for a surgeon ready to stay busy from day one while working in a streamlined, supportive environment.
Opportunity Highlights:
Immediate surgical volume supported by a six-month patient waitlist.
Balanced 60% clinic / 40% OR schedule.
MAKO robotic platform for joint replacement.
Dedicated Medical Assistants and strong administrative support.
Flexible scheduling with office-only call (no trauma).
Unlimited PTO after year one.
Compensation & Benefits:
