About the Clinician's WorkdayThe orthopedic surgeon will provide comprehensive coverage for general orthopedic cases including day shifts and call responsibilities. The clinician will manage approximately 15 clinic patients and 6-10 surgical cases daily while maintaining call coverage Monday through Friday. Board certification in orthopedic surgery and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements. The position involves performing general orthopedic surgical procedures and managing both clinic and operating room responsibilities at this Level 4 trauma center.
