Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job in Arizona | Scheduled Clinical Hours & Call | Beginning June 1 – Ongoing | Assignment #114382 

Coverage Details
-- Monday–Friday clinic coverage with night call shifts
-- Varied schedule
-- Looking for 4 weeks per month; will consider 2–3 weeks per month
-- Credentialing timeframe: ASAP (approximately 90 days; may be sooner)

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Arizona state license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
-- DEA
-- ACLS
-- BLS
-- Clean malpractice history preferred

Assignment Details
-- Patient volume: Approximately 15 clinic patients per day; 6–10 surgical cases
-- Types of cases: General orthopedic cases
-- Support staff: MA, RN, front office
-- Assignment length: 3–6 months
-- EMR: Cerner
