Job Description
An Orthopedics Practice that has been in the community for 35+ years is seeking another Orthopedic Surgeon to join their practice.
The current surgeon is 1-2 years from retiring so this is a unique opportunity to practice alongside him as a Partner before fully taking over his practice. There is a strong opportunity to perform both general and sports medicine surgical cases,
The Position:
Practice has been in the community for over 35 years- strong patient base, positive reputation, and little competition
3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week; 22-25 surgical cases per week
Work alongside 1 experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and 1 PA
Annual income potential into the $900k-1M range, opportunity for Partnership after 1 year of employment
Negotiable Sign-on + Relocation, Full Benefits, PTO, Retirement, and more
Current Surgeon makes $1M+ per year

Located in San Bernardino County in Southern California, this community offers scenic desert landscapes and beautiful sunsets, and is just 1.5 hours to LA
