A well-established and highly regarded Orthopedic Practice in Southern California's high desert is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Orthopedic Surgeon to take over a thriving, long-standing practice.
With the current surgeon preparing to retire, this is a rare opportunity to step into ownership and be mentored through a smooth transition.
The Opportunity:
High surgical volume: 22-25 cases per week.
Established patient base ready for seamless continuity of care.
Exceptional earning potential: current surgeon nets over $1M annually.

Work alongside an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and a skilled Physician Assistant.
