Job Description
A respected Orthopedic Practice in Southern California's high desert is seeking an entrepreneurial BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to assume a busy, long-standing practice.
With the current surgeon preparing to retire, you'll step directly into high volume, immediate demand, and a clear path to ownership.
The Opportunity:
22-25 surgical cases per week
Fully established patient panel for instant continuity
Exceptional earning potential — current surgeon nets $1M+ annually

Work with an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and dedicated PA
