A long-standing Orthopedic Surgery practice in Southern California's high desert is preparing for a planned transition and invites a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to step into a high-demand, turnkey role.
This is a rare chance to inherit a loyal patient base, immediate surgical volume, and a clear path toward ownership in a market with sustained need and limited competition.
Opportunity Outline:
22-25 cases per week
Established patient panel with immediate volume
$1M+ annual net profit proven by current surgeon
Minimal local competition; strong regional demand
Work with an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and PA
