Surgery-Orthopedic Hospital Based job located in Illinois

--Hospital is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for employed position to replace surgeon who retired
--This position can be part-time (2-3 days/week), BUT there is plenty of potential to grow this practice to be busy
--The OR staff is excited and eager to be busy and learn new things if a new surgeon wants to bring new surgery types.
--Base salary $696,000 + RVUs with a 2 year salary guarantee
--$75,000 sign on – forgiven after three years
--$60,000 in total retention paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3
--Quality bonus – eligible upon earning base salary – adds up to $50,000 potential annually
