- Established an Orthopedic program at an independent hospital?
- $600,000 Starting Salary
- Earn 75th %-tile
- Total Joints-plus scope - the ability to grow sports, shoulder, and more
- Tenured, full-time NP and PT support
- Blocked OR time - Efficient scheduling?
- Ability to run 2 ORs
