Orthopedic Hand Surgery Opportunity – Build a New Service Line

Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to establish and grow a new Orthopedic Hand Surgery service line within a progressive and expanding healthcare system. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated surgeon to build a high-demand specialty program with strong administrative support, a large referral base, and significant growth potential.

  • No Orthopedic Surgery - General call

Compensation Details

  • Starting salary of $745,000
  • $75,000 Signing bonus  (forgiven over 3 years)
  • $100,000 retention bonus (forgiven over 5 years)
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
  • Total Cash compensation of $750,000+ annually
