Immediate demand for 100% Ortho Hand (& Upper Extremity if desired)
Zero call! Surgeons here love being as busy & efficient as possible during business hours M-F, but when you're off--you're truly off.
Highly competitive starting package of $850K: includes generous salary guarantee, 6-figure signing bonus & comprehensive benefits
2-year track to partnership - no expensive buy-in required!
Exceptional overall earnings: $875K+ for median-level production, with plentiful opportunity to exceed 90th percentile ($1.25M+) if desired.
Robust internal referral base: 250+ providers & 3 group-owned Urgent Cares
