- Hospital Location: Davenport, IA and Silvis, IL (must work at both locations)
- Setting: Hospital Call
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Schedule:
- Shifts per month: 7-10
- Shift length: 24 hours
- Procedure/OR Days: OR access every day
- On Call: Yes, inpatient only (no clinic - hospital based)

- Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, at Davenport Campus & Silvis Campus (Davenport and Silvis Hospital, 13 miles apart)

- Telehealth: No
- Job Responsibilities: Cover Ortho Traumas and same day add ons.
- Number of Physicians: 8 (combination of total join, spine, hand, podiatry)
- Number of advanced Practice Providers: 8
- Supervision of APPs expected: No
- Nursing Support: Nursing and APP support in OR
- Services offered in the practice: Any ortho traumas that come in (Trauma Level III).
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
