Surgery-Orthopedic Hospital Based job located in Kansas

Facility is seeking General Orthopedic Surgeon
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Full-time employment (1.0 FTE)
- Inpatient and outpatient setting
- Flexible clinic schedule with hospital rounding
- 2.5 days in the OR and 2.5 days in clinic
- Call rotation: 1 in 4 weekdays and 1 in 4 weekends (hospital and clinic call)
- PA support included on call and as first assist in the OR
- Single-specialty group practice
- Team Structure: 3 physicians, 7 PAs
- Dedicated support staff including MAs, RNs, LPNs, schedulers, radiologic technologists, managers, and a workers’ compensation coordinator
- Clinical Volume: Daily outpatient load: 18–22 patients
- X-ray and ultrasound available on site
- Equipment includes Synthes trauma, Stryker total joints (with some DePuy), MAKO robotics, and Arthrex scope implants
- Technology: Epic EMR, Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and support accurate coding
- Both experienced surgeons and new graduates are encouraged to apply
