COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)
ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of (Login for Information), identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Up to $550,000 guaranteed annual salary
- $30,000 Signing Bonus
- $18,000 per year housing allowance provided by Employer
- Comprehensive benefits including 8 Weeks PTO, 106% employer retirement-match on up to 4% employee contribution
- $4,000 annual CME allowance
- $20,000 annual school loan assistance from employer
- A state of the art, 25-bed critical access Hospital offering comprehensive healthcare
- Monday-Friday schedule with split between Clinical / Surgical focus along with 1 admin day
- 1:2 on-call
- On average up to 2200 - 2400 clinic patients and 250-270 surgeries per year
- A generalist role with Orthopedic surgical focus
- New providers out of residency and experienced providers welcome to apply
- Board-certified / board-eligible status preferred
- Open to J1 Sponsorship
