Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job in Michigan | 24-Hour Call | Beginning July 2 – Ongoing | Assignment #114509

Call only coverage needed:
-- Orientation: July 2 (8:30am-3pm)
-- 7am 7/3 – 7am 7/9
-- 7am 7/16 – 7am 7/21

Details for Assignment #114509:
-- Current Board Certification required (NBPAS not accepted)
-- Active Michigan CSR, Michigan DEA, and active Michigan license or current LOQ from the IMLC required
-- Call only coverage
-- Call response time required: 20 minutes
-- Average call volume per 24 hours: 0-5 phone consults, 1-2 patients seen, 0-1 admissions
-- Orthopaedic PAs and full surgical staff available
-- Efficient OR with block time assignments
-- Facility trauma level: Level III
-- Types of cases: bread and butter cases, fractures, sports, general (no spine cases required), total joint replacement (hip, knee, etc.), joint revision or repair (shoulder, hip, knee, etc.)
-- Complex cases are transferred out
-- EMR: MediTech (hospital)
