Job Description
This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon to grow their program. A strong referral base provides a great opportunity to practice full-scope orthopedic surgery including joint replacements. Be part of the leadership team and join the dedicated staff as this award-winning hospital as they provide high-level service to the region.
Position Highlights:
Join a Critical Access hospital consistently ranking in the 90th percentile for provider satisfaction.
Tremendous leadership opportunity with extensive autonomy to grow the orthopedic surgery program.
Practice full-scope orthopedic surgery, including joint replacement and scopes, but no spines.
Built in patient base with strong referral volume plus an advantageous regional demographic needing orthopedic services.
Be part of the planning for a brand-new facility opening in three years.
Compensation Details:
Base Salary Range: $550,000 - $700,000.
Enjoy a never-ending base salary year plus production bonus with total earnings $700K+.
