Details
  • Diverse Case Mix: Comprehensive orthopedic practice including joint replacement, sports medicine, & orthopedic trauma
  • Team Composition: Collaborative group consisting of 1 full-time Orthopedic Surgeon, 1 casual Orthopedic Surgeon, & 4 experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • Call Structure: APCs handle primary orthopedic call; surgeons cover secondary call only
  • Remote access to PACS and EMR

  • Strong, loyal patient population supported by a robust referral network within an integrated care model
  • Close coordination w/ orthopedic colleagues throughout the region
  • Highly regarded physical & occupational therapy departments that enhance outcomes & efficiency
  • Dedicated full-time Emergency Department physicians & a full-time hospitalist team to ensure seamless inpatient care

    Compensation
  • Competitive Compensation Package: Base salary: $701K, $100K Starting Bonus, Additional wRVU-based productivity bonuses, & Quality performance incentives
