Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job in Missouri | Call Only | Beginning August 1 - Ongoing | Assignment #115646

Coverage Details
-- In-house call: Friday 7am to Monday 7am
-- Call response time required: 30 minutes
-- Call is for unassigned patients
-- Two weekends per month ongoing

Requirements
-- Board certified or board eligible
-- Licensed in MO or IMLC
-- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
-- Level 2 experience acceptable in lieu of trauma fellowship

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Arthroscopy
-- Total joint replacement

Assignment Details
-- General and trauma ortho cases with approximately 8 hours of patient-facing time per day
-- In-house call coverage for Level II orthopedic trauma call
-- 8 hours of total patient facing time per day
-- No designated trauma ORs, but 7am daily block available
-- Admissions required
-- Trauma level: 2
-- PEDs level: 2
-- Approximately 40,000 adult emergency visits annually
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
-- EMR: Epic
