About the Clinician's WorkdayThe orthopedic surgeon will provide one week per month of clinic and call coverage across clinic, operating room, and emergency room settings. Scheduled clinical hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with OR coverage designated on Mondays and Wednesdays to support surgical needs. The clinician will manage 3-5 consults per day, encompassing both surgical and phone-based consultations. Clinical documentation is maintained using EPIC EMR, and call coverage is required as part of this assignment.
